About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who provides in-person and virtual therapy for children, teens, and young adults in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. My approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which focuses on understanding the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe that with the right tools and support, every young person can learn to manage their anxiety and improve their overall well-being. I create a warm, welcoming environment where my clients feel safe to express themselves and explore their feelings.

In addition to working directly with young clients, I also collaborate with parents to address behavior concerns and foster a supportive home environment. I provide practical strategies and guidance to help parents feel more confident in their approach and create effective communication within the family.

Prior to becoming a psychologist, I received my BA from Skidmore College and my doctoral degree from The George Washington University. I completed my predoctoral internship at the Milton Hershey School and my postdoctoral fellowship at the Capital Institute for Cognitive Therapy.
